The Wenatchee Police Department

The Wenatchee Police Department is service oriented and encourages community-based partnerships to address critical safety and enforcement issues. The department is equipped with quality, dedicated and educated officers who take a high degree of pride in providing the best service possible to the city residents. The police department has a number of divisions which include Patrol Division, Investigations Division, Special Services Division and Records Division. Specialty Units include S.W.A.T., CRDTF, PROACT Unit, Bike Patrol, Traffic Unit and School Resources Officer. The Wenatchee Police Department is headed by Tom Robbins who is the current chief of police. Chief Robbins is helped in his duties by a team of 55 members, with 44 being sworn police officers and 11 serving as civilian employees, including a Records Clerk, Records Supervisor, an administrative assistant and a parking enforcement team.
